Custom Blow Molding

As a leader in the plastics molding industry, at Canyon Plastics, Inc. blow molding is one of our core strengths. We manufacture custom blow molded products that will impress you with the quality of their construction and appearance. Our turnkey solutions provide you with customized products in almost any size, color, and quantity you desire. We offer quick turnaround and very competitive rates.

Blow molding is a fast, stable, and repeatable process for manufacturing hollow products with complex geometries. Advantages of blow molding include low tooling costs and the ability to produce a one-piece, single-wall or double-walled construction with a complex or irregular shape. Our facility incorporates the latest technology extrusion, injection, and stretch blow molding presses that give us computerized control over all process variables, such as melt temperatures, pressure gradients, and cooling rates to ensure we mold consistently correct parts. We have a seasoned team of manufacturing professionals that work side-by-side with you to ensure a smooth transition from design and prototyping to production level volumes.

With many machines of varying capabilities, we have the capacity to blow mold parts weighing up to five pounds in small or large quantities. We work with a multitude of different resins, including HDPE, PET, polypropylene, ABS, polycarbonate, PVC, and many more. In addition to in-mold and post-mold labeling, decorative options include printing, hot stamping, decal application, and painting. We also offer a number of additional services, such as customized packaging, stocking programs, and just-in-time shipment.
